Belle Springs Senior Living
Belle Springs will be SpringHill's first not-for-profit Life Plan community and the only one of its kind in Williamson County.
It’s being developed by HutsonWood, a Brentwood-based, not-for-profit organization with nearly 40 years of experience and a track record of serving more than 20,000 families across Tennessee, Illinois and Indiana. HutsonWood already operates The Reserve at Spring Hill, which means the care infrastructure for Belle Springs Life is already in place, with a 5-star Medicare rating.
When Belle Springs opens, it’ll offer 172 independent living residences across apartment homes, duplex villas, and cottages, with seamless access to the care continuum already in place next door.

Why Spring Hill? Why Now?
Spring Hill is one of the fastest-growing communities in Tennessee. It has strong family roots, a distinct character, and a quality of life that continues to attract people from across the region.
It does not yet have a not-for-profit Life Plan community. Belle Springs is being built to change that.
This isn’t a speculative real estate play. HutsonWood already has a presence in Spring Hill through The Reserve. The relationships, the trust, and the understanding of this community are already in place. Belle Springs is the next step in a long-term commitment to serving the people of Williamson County.
